Whitman, OSU among colleges supporting Dreamers

A total of 165 colleges and universities have signed a statement supporting the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Act as a friend of the court. One of those is Whitman College in Walla Walla.

“We value every student and it is my sincere hope that all students, regardless of citizenship, will have the opportunity to continue to learn, live and contribute to our community,” Whitman College President Kathleen Murray stated in an article posted on college’s website.  “Without them, we would not be the same.”
