Webinar: DACA’s Precarious Future: A Conversation with Legal Experts and Advocates

On Wednesday, June 8, 2022, the Presidents’ Alliance, along with our partners, hosted DACA’s Precarious Future: A Conversation with Legal Experts and Advocates. This briefing discussed DACA’s future as it moves through the Federal Court system.

Legal experts discussed the current status of different court cases and why DACA’s future is so precarious despite this administration’s efforts to fortify DACA. Speakers laid out the legislative path ahead to build on DACA’s successes and press for bipartisan Dream legislation. This briefing shared useful resources and advocacy opportunities around the anniversary of DACA on June 15th.
