The Presidents’ Alliance and TheDream.US submitted a comment to the President’s Advisory Commission on Advancing Educational Equity, Excellence, and Economic Opportunity for Hispanics urging the committee to consider the needs of undocumented students and those from mixed status families. The Presidents’ Alliance and TheDream.US commend members of the Advisory Commission for their efforts and provide critical insights into the diverse needs and opportunities of the immigrant student population, drawing on insights from recent reports published in collaboration with the Migration Policy Institute and the American Immigration Council.
